This approach includes cognitive behavioral modalities, as well as mindfulness, breath work, yoga, and meditation.

Amber’s approach is strength-based to empower clients to identify core values and to challenge and conquer barriers that have kept them from living in true alignment with those values. Her primary goal in therapy is to be a strong support for her clients as they own their story and learn to practice more love and acceptance of themselves. Reaching out to a therapist can be scary and vulnerable; Amber’s hope is to provide a safe space for clients to identify personal goals and begin to make positive, values-based changes toward a more meaningful and fulfilling life.
