COVID-19 Policy

By attending your appointment, you are confirming that you are symptom free and have not had a known exposure. If you are positive for COVID-19 and/or have had a known exposure and still want to meet, please inform your therapist so that they can send you a telehealth link. Please ensure you are wearing a mask before entering (your mask must remain on for the duration of your visit). Please enter no earlier than 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment and use hand sanitizer upon entering the waiting room. Please be aware that cancellation policy still applies.
